Its location was excellent and perfect, short walk to independent shops and a great cafe culture, the famous York Christmas Market and stores. Overall experience was comfortable!

It was super and great right in the heart of the city. Had a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle to use.

Everything about this stay was FANTASTIC, thank you. It was spacious, neat and neat apartment next to all the main attractions, stores and the famous York Christmas Market and independent shops and a great cafe culture. Exceptionally comfortable bed, by the way, hypoallergenic pillows were provided too. Had a bathtub. For safety measures it had smoke detectors. The host met us and explained everything. Location was particularly good and unbeatable, right in the centre of town.

I recently stayed at Heart of Fossgate for a few nights and it was perfect. The location is superb, right at the heart of the city with easy walking access to all the attractions. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently equipped. The street where it is located has a wonderful café culture and is filled with independent shops and restaurants. Mike, the owner, was lovely and even allowed us to drop off our luggage early. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Although the apartment was generally quiet, there was some noise coming from the courtyard next door at night, which could be bothersome. The bathroom also tended to be cold, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

One downside of the apartment was the noise from the nearby courtyard, particularly on weekend nights. The sounds of people socializing and music from the adjacent bar could be heard until late, which might be bothersome for light sleepers.
